KissTour Fast Track: Prices, Booking and Cancellation
What KissTour publishes for fast track: price per tier at four airports, how booking and payment work, and the cancellation terms it states. Read 10 Oct 2026.
What you pay, and when
KissTour lists fast track at 30 to 60 US dollars per person for an arrival at Saigon, Hanoi or Da Nang, depending on the tier, and asks for no payment until the booking is confirmed. Cancelling is stated to be free, but the pages read give no cut-off time in hours. Everything here is what KissTour publishes about its own service, read on 10 October 2026. The price the booking form shows when you book is the one that applies.
Prices per person
All figures are US dollars per person, as listed on KissTour’s product page.

Adjustments KissTour states:
- Night flights, 20:00 to 06:00: US$8 per person on the product page. A guide page gives 220,000 VND per route for 8 pm to 6 am. The pages read do not reconcile “per person” with “per route”, so ask which applies before you book.
- Children under 11: 75% of the adult fare. The rule for children under 2 is not published on the pages read.
- Round trip: 10% off the departure leg.
- Groups of 5 or more: up to 10% off.
- Currency: prices in VND follow the Google exchange rate.
The author’s arithmetic, not a quote: one adult on Standard, arrival and departure at Hanoi, daytime, is 30 + 45 = 75 before any discount, and 70.50 if the round-trip discount takes 10% off the 45 departure leg.
Another KissTour guide says fast track costs 30 to 83 dollars depending on airport and time. The highest price in the table, 75, plus the 8 night surcharge makes 83, which may be where the figure comes from; the page does not say.
What each tier includes
- Standard: meet and greet with a KissTour sign, a priority fast-track lane and a terminal escort.
- VIP: adds, on departure, bag drop and check-in help, plus luggage assistance and an escort to the vehicle.
- VVIP: adds a private car transfer between hotel and airport.
- Also stated: 24/7 support before and after the flight, and the price at checkout is described as the full price, with night flights the only surcharge.
- Connecting flights: Standard escorts you to the domestic terminal; VIP adds luggage collection and transfer. No connecting-flight price appears on the pages read.
- Wheelchair or electric cart for elderly travellers is arranged in advance. No price is shown.
- Private Airport Welcome: a premium option named on a KissTour guide page. The page lists a lounge, an electric cart and a private car, and gives it no price of its own.
How to book and pay
We sell fast track only through the KissTour website and its WhatsApp line, +84 901 006 844, not through marketplaces or resellers. The online form gives an instant price and asks for arrival, departure or both, the number of adults and children, and a WhatsApp number. You need your flight details and the names of everyone travelling.
KissTour says to book at least 24 to 48 hours ahead, or as soon as the flight is confirmed, and, in its words, that requests made after landing “usually cannot be fulfilled”. Each booking gets one named host, and a photo of the sign is sent the day before. At some airports the rules allow only the logo on the sign, not the passenger’s name.
No payment is taken up front. You pay by card through a secure link after confirmation, or in cash, US dollars or Vietnamese dong, at the airport.
Cancelling, changing, delays
- Cancellation is free, with no fee. The form says: “Cancelled or changed? Free cancellation, no questions asked.”
- If your flight changes, send the new details by WhatsApp.
- If the host is not in the arrival hall for a confirmed booking, you pay nothing.
- KissTour monitors flight delays and adjusts the schedule, with no extra charge for reasonable delays. The pages read do not define “reasonable”.
- Not published on the pages read: the cancellation cut-off in hours. A separate cancellation policy page exists and was not read for this page.
Where the pages disagree or say nothing
- Airports. The airport list and the booking form show Saigon, Hanoi, Da Nang and Phu Quoc. One answer in the product page FAQ also names Cam Ranh, and guide pages mention five international airports. Treat the four listed airports as the ones you can book, and get any other airport confirmed in writing before paying.
- Missing figures. No VVIP price for Phu Quoc, no connecting-flight price and no infant rule appear in the pages read.
What fast track does not change
KissTour states that it is a private hospitality company with no influence over immigration, that the guest presents their own passport, and that the fast-track slot is registered with the airport in advance. The price covers an escort and a priority lane where described above; it does not replace any entry requirement. No time saving is quoted on this page, because none appears in the terms recorded.
Inference, not a KissTour statement: the VVIP car adds little if someone is already collecting you, the VIP departure luggage help adds little if you carry only hand baggage, and the round-trip discount applies only if both legs are booked together.
